What Age To Learn Remote Viewing?

Whether you know it or not, you have the ability to use remote viewing. This is a psychic ability which is latent in every human being and lets you to see places and things, even people who you would be unable to perceive with the five senses. Learning to use remote viewing lets you get a visual of anywhere you want to see, no matter how distant.

Remote viewing is not the same thing as an out-of-body experience. Out-of-body experience is called astral traveling and it’s the act of your ethereal essence, or your spirit leaving your body and traveling to a place away from where your physical body is.

Remote viewing is something like dowsing in that you use your psychic powers to seek out the object of your remote viewing. It’s a form of extra sensory perception where you can view any place in the world.

Here are some remote viewing techniques you can try:

*Find a quiet place to sit where there are few distractions. Close your eyes and allow yourself to relax.

*Regulate your breathing and try to breathe through your nose. If you feel the urge to yawn, try pressing your tongue gently against the roof of your mouth. This will suppress the urge to yawn and help control your breathing.

*Believe in yourself and your remote viewing abilities. You need to tell yourself that you can and will be able to remotely view things which your senses would not let you normally perceive.

*Begin with an easy subject for your first attempts at remote viewing. Try to see yourself sitting right where you are as if you were standing in front of yourself a few feet away. It can be challenging to see yourself at first; we’re not used to seeing ourselves except in a mirror. Just stay focused and be patient and soon you’ll be able to see yourself from an entirely new perspective.

*If you’re able to control the remote viewing of you sitting in position, try ranging your mind a little further a-field and view something that you know well. A family member’s house is perfect for this. Try to notice any items that might look out of place, such as dishes on the sink or clothing hanging on the line. Then when you’re done with your exercise, call that person and verify what you saw. This verification is important as it allows you to reinforce your own capacity to your own mind.

If you have a friend who is willing, ask them to sit in a separate room and perform a simple action over and over. Allow yourself to fall into your trance-like relaxation and see if you can tell which action is being repeated. When you’re done, ask your friend to verify what you saw.

With practice and patience, your ability to remote view will steadily improve and it will become ever easier for you to achieve the trance state needed for remote viewing. Much like a hypnotic state, your body will be completely relaxed, but you will still be aware and your subconscious will be able to start working towards its potential.

Your psychic abilities are more easily reached via the sub-conscious, so the more easily you’re able to sink into your relaxed trance, the more powerful your remote viewing techniques will become.
