Want To Know The True Secret Of Mind Power?

Wednesday, March 10th, 2010

Mind power is the only key to success of a person. I do believe in this saying, how about you? Mind power is composed of two great minds, the conscious and the subconscious mind. Conscious is the ability of the person to think of the present possibilities while subconscious mind is the one that acts behind those possibilities. Using both of these two compositions will help you achieve your dreams.

There are too many people nowadays that do not trust what their minds can do to help them become successful. They don?t even think that because they don?t use mind power, this is the reason behind their unhappiness and discontentment in life.

Another thing about mind power, you will not achieve something if you are not serious about your dream and if you do not focus to your goals and desires. Go find a direction and know your priorities. Be responsible enough to work things out with concentration and eagerness to fulfill your task. Life is not about being easy and worthless; you have to exert effort and hard work.

It is natural to undergo some challenges along the way. Use these imperfections to learn and become more successful. Let mistakes pass by and embrace them with all your heart; they will actually make you even stronger and eager to pursue on your dreams. Make other successful businessman and businesswoman your guiding stars, bear in mind that they also started like you. We cannot perfect things overnight, it would take longer time, so be patient and work harder is possible while waiting for that dream of yours. Set proper attitude because this can help you. Think of this, if you are eager motivate yourself more, then put into action what you think you can do to help you walk up to your dreams, while on that direction don?t allow distractions just go straight up and be more determined to reach the peak. There will be times that you will be facing conflicts and problem, don?t let those negative things pull you down, just continue and love what you are doing. If you think that there are certain formulas behind mind power then you are wrong. There are no such things like that because the only key to success is to let them work with you while you are struggling to achieve your dreams. Let them work, don?t take them for granted, they come naturally in the time we least expect it.

Understanding the Power Of The Mind

Tuesday, February 2nd, 2010

Yes, you can use the power of the mind to not only change yourself, but also influence things around you as well. In fact, you already do this on an everyday basis, sometimes without even realizing it.

In truth, you use your subconscious mind power every day. Whenever you dream about getting your dream job and hope to fully recover from an illness, you actually put the power of the mind in action. This perhaps explains why is it that when you think of something before you go to bed, it seem to magically happens in the morning. There are instances when you plan to wake up at a certain time before sleeping at night, and you end up waking at that exact same time.

Scientists found explanation on the phenomena of mind power with quantum physics research, which concluded that the whole reality of life is in fact a product of our own mind.

Eastern religions have demonstrated the power of meditation and mind power for centuries. With their definition of reality, real things were believed to exist because we have imagined it.

Ironically, in this age of information overload, scientists are still looking for answers on the connection between the thoughts in mind and reality. They go through ancient scrolls and text to conclude the true nature of reality.

So if reality is a creation of our mind, then it seems logical to presume that we can change our reality by changing the way we think about things. We can change things into whatever we want with the power of the mind.

One place to start making relevant changes to life is by mental conditioning. Unlocking the power of the mind through meditation can clear out unnecessary thoughts and replace it with positive thoughts and fresh new ideas. There are actually a number of techniques on which you can meditate and effectively develop the power of the mind.

Sit in a darkened room in a comfortable chair. Close your eyes and start deep breathing exercises, breathing in through your nose, out through your mouth. This take a few minutes, and you may feel a little light headed. Don’t worry, this is because of an increase of oxygen in your system and completely normal.

Then, paint a picture in your mind. Picture yourself sitting by a tranquil pond with small pebbles. The pebbles represent your daily thoughts and ideas, which constantly go in and out of your head. Imagine yourself removing the pebbles from the pond, one by one. Once the pond is clear out all pebbles, you will be ready to unlock the power of the mind. With that, you will be able to pile up all your random thoughts on one side and your wishes and wants on the other side.

Wishes like world peace certainly takes bigger solutions, it takes more than one person’s thoughts to make it happen. Hoping for things like to stop global warming and save the planet could be impossible as it is unreachable by one person alone. Personal goals and dreams such as dream jobs and happiness are the hopes and dreams that you can achieve as it is your mind that is to control your life’s outcomes.

If you are having trouble with your relationship and you hope to talk it out with your partner, the power of the mind can facilitate healing from all the pain, which may resolve your conflict. While it cannot bring your partner to actually talk to you, it can help you become a better communicator and a better partner for your partner.

But while mind power can bring positive changes into your life, it may not happen right away. Some things take time to happen. For instance, you need time to develop and unlock the power of the mind and overcome all your negativity.

Although mind power has tremendous influences to every aspect of life, it still needs you to take your part. When the mind can control how your life will come to be, it is you that controls the mind and its immense power. So if you wish to get your dream job, you still need to red through the classified ads, send in applications and do your best.

The Incredible Power of the Unconscious Mind

Tuesday, January 12th, 2010

Researchers have said that we only use about 10% of our brains’ capacities, which means that fully 90% is left dormant, untouched. Could you imagine what you might be capable of if you could access even a small part of the remaining unused part of your mind power?

What is meant by ‘power of mind‘? There are people who can do this, of course, and scientists have known for quite some time that there are people around who can access their unconscious minds and manifest various abilities, perceptions and strengths. This includes abilities that fall into the range of extrasensory or psychic abilities.

However, just because these people have displayed these abilities doesn’t mean that they’re special or different from everybody else. In fact, everyone can access their unconscious minds and develop their own gifts and powers, similarly.

Unfortunately, what happens is that most people don’t even know these abilities exist, so they remain latent. That unused 90% of your potential is there, but it’s latent, dormant.

How do you unlock your full potential, then? You need to free those latent skills and abilities, and you need to tap into that unused 90% of your unconscious. In fact, you may just find you can manifest what you desire most in life, and you could also unleash powers like remote viewing, telepathy, precognition, telekinesis, levitation and other ’super sensory’ skills most people don’t tap into.

How do you begin to access your unconscious mind so that you do this? Let’s take a look.

Affirmations: Your unconscious mind is the power-house of your entire life. Everything you do, every choice you make, it all comes from a thought that originated in your unconscious mind. It’s processed and then moved forward to your conscious mind, or the waking portion of your thought patterns, where you act on the information given.

Affirmations work because you can repeat these positive messages or phrases to yourself several times a day, and as you do this, your unconscious mind eventually picks up on what’s being said and makes it useful to that unconscious part of your mind that’s usually not part of your conscious attention. Your unconscious mind and the affirmation itself work together to make your conscious thoughts and your thought process in general more positive, more in tune with what you want, and more focused as well.

Think carefully about some of the things you say to yourself in your mind right now. The next time you think “I can’t afford it” or “I can’t lose weight” or “I don’t deserve happiness”, change that to a positive affirmation so your unconscious mind will begin to make it happen for you.

Visualization is a good way to change your life with your unconscious mind, too. Visualization is daydreaming of a sort, but it’s a lot more than that. Visualization happens when you literally picture what you want, versus daydreaming — which is something you do randomly, with no serious intent that what you see will ever happen.

So, try this: Picture yourself with your life the way you want it. You can literally change your life from the inside out, your level of happiness, abundance, positive relationships, and so on simply by visualizing yourself already having those things you want to bring to fruition. Your unconscious mind simply can’t help but take up those images and bring them to conscious thought, where you’ll simply see that things can open up so that you can make them happen.

Hypnosis is another way to access your unconscious mind easily. Hypnosis in fact has had very positive results for people who have wanted to lose weight, increase their self-esteem, quit smoking, attract success or wealth, or anything else that you may want. You can do self-hypnosis as an easy way to develop your own mind powers, as you have time. Listen to recordings by trained hypnotherapists that will reinforce those affirmations you’ve worked to transfer to your unconscious mind.

Unconscious mind: The Most Powerful Thing In The World

Tuesday, January 12th, 2010

Did you know that you probably only use about 10% of your brain’s capacity? That’s true, with 90% of your potential as yet untapped. Imagine for a moment what it would be like if you could access even a small portion of that untapped mind power potential.

What is meant by power of mind? For a long time, scientists have known that there are people who can access these different parts of the unconscious mind and have a variety of abilities, perceptions and strengths. These abilities can include extrasensory and psychic abilities as well.

However, these people aren’t different or more special than you or I. Instead, we all have the ability to access our unconscious minds such that we can tap into our unique gifts and powers.

Unfortunately, the majority of people possess these skills in a latent form. They remain locked in the unused ninety percent, but they are present behind those barriers.

The key to unlocking your full potential lies in finding a way to free those latencies and access the power behind the unused 90% of your unconscious mind. You may find you have the ability to manifest those things you desire most in life. You could also find that powers such as telepathy, remote viewing, telekinesis, precognition, levitation and other aspects of your mind could be unleashed.

How do you access your unconscious mind so that you can begin to explore and unleash these and other abilities?

Affirmations are one great way to begin to access your unconscious mind and unlock untapped potential. Your unconscious mind is what drives your entire life, its engine, so to speak. Every choice you make in everything you do comes in some respect from your unconscious mind and from the thoughts that reside there. In some cases, those thoughts then go to your conscious mind, and you act on the information you’re given.

So for example, think for a minute about what say to yourself in your “self talk” at the moment. You may say, for example, “I’ll never lose weight,” “I’ll always be poor,” or, “I don’t deserve to be happy.” Take those phrases, and change them to something positive, so that the opposite essentially becomes true, ultimately.

Visualization is a good way to change your life with your unconscious mind, too. Visualization is daydreaming of a sort, but it’s a lot more than that. Visualization happens when you literally picture what you want, versus daydreaming — which is something you do randomly, with no serious intent that what you see will ever happen.
