ONE NIGHT ALL ALONE AND I AM WATCHING THIS MOVIE ABOUT MICE GONE BERSERK. They are hungrily hunting for its former master. The master waited in fear, knowing the mice will appear any moment. The suspense is killing me as I wait for the mice to attack. I was shocked out of my senses when mice suddenly fell into me. I jumped out of the couch, tripped myself and went down to the floor. I made a complete mess of the living room. The noise was so loud it awakened everybody. They saw me with a half-eaten sandwich still in my hand, sprawled awkwardly at the floor. Unable to explain what happened, I just said, “Remind me to call the mice control company tomorrow”.
You bet I’m jittery with my experience. In reality, I needed that. I have been putting off calling the mice control company for some time already. I have been very indifferent to our family. Since I am always in the office, I did not think it’s important to call the mice control company. Just a few mice should not pose a problem? Just a few, that’s nothing? “Just ignore them as though they are not there”, I said. I will not spend my dough for the treatment.
Then one day, I had an infection or sort. I have to rest for at least 2 weeks. That’s when I saw how awful the situation is at home. The mice have been pillaging our foodstuff. You leave it for a moment and you can see them attacking the food. Even food containers have been ransacked. The containers have been nibbled, gnawed and wrecked to get the foodstuff inside The containers are gnawed to search out the foodstuff inside. Our clothes are chewed upon and damaged. They have become bolder. The mice are really becoming bold. This is freaking unbelievable.
I notified the mice control company to schedule our house for treatment. The mice control company is known for its excellence. They are looked up as the leaders when it comes to pest eradication. Their price is very reasonable. After finishing with the formalities, the mice control company proceeded to treat our house. They assured us that their treatment will eradicate all the mice in our house and premises. The treatment however, is safe for us humans and pets. I’m done with old movies. I’m going to watch cartoons next time.
