Solar Cars

Saturday, December 5th, 2009

Okay so we haven’t quite got to that stage yet but we are slowly getting to the point where getting a solar powered car is going to be possible. There is actually something on the market that uses the sun and will actually help your fuel costs in the long run. The thing that could really help you out is this solar attachment as believe it or not your air conditioning actually uses up fuel during the course of the day.

{It works as you can attach it onto a specially made spoiler in which when you aren’t driving you roll out the cover over the top of your car and it starts to actually charge the car up with solar energy}. Then once you are in the car you can use it on a lot of things including the electrics for the windows, the air con and even to power the CD player within your car.

If you think where this kind of technology will be in 20 years time you will begin to understand the potential to this kind of product. Of course the cover itself really isnt that nice and it makes the car look a bit stupid but if you buy these things the money made will go towards something better.

It is unsure if they are going to release this product onto the market or not as of yet but if they do it is sure to start selling to the people who are really interested in these green products.

For people that don’t really care about this and need a new car then look into getting a new Audi or perhaps a Audi R8. There are also many used cars if you do not fancy splashing out on a brand new car.

So it is up to you really on whether you are interested in getting a brand new green car that is going to help save the world and fix some of the awful damages that we have inflicted on it or if you are going to go out and buy a brand new car to enjoy, the choice is really up to you.

If you Want to Continue Driving then Stop Littering

Saturday, July 11th, 2009

For so long masses have been dropping litter from their vehicles, whether it’s a crisp parcel or sandwich pack people have literally been littering the roads for decades. Statistics show that more than 700,000 bags of rubbish are collected from the roads of England every single day.

But things could soon be changing as campaigners are now protesting that people that chuck litter on the roads could be facing points on their licence and I honestly think that this is the right call of action to take.

Have you ever been driving on the road when suddenly the passenger infront of you opens there window and chuck all the rubbish out. Not only is this environmentally harmful but it is potentially life threatening and dangerous for drivers. Just consider that you were driving at high speeds on the motorway and suddenly out of nowhere a piece of litter hits your windscreen. That windshield is either in all likelihood to bang or shock you a considerable amount.

So what is in all likelihood to happen is that you are going to lose control of the car and have a big accident. I actually think that points combined with a fine will help eliminate this. Members of the public are actually being asked to report any incidents that they notice of people throwing litter.

By the close of the twelvemonth period if there is enough people complaining about the intensity of litter being hit on the roads then the new law could in effect come into effect. there is literally no rationality as to why people are throwing out their litter, merely keep it in the automobile until you find a bin and then throw it out.

Your Different Types of Oil

Wednesday, May 27th, 2009

Oil is a crucial element in everyday living, it powers our homes, machinery and much more. But what are the most used pieces of oil in our planet, let's take a quick look.

Cooking Oil
Without oil we would be unable to eat all of the delicious food as we currently know it.

Car Oil
Without the petrol for our cars they literally would not run, but it does not stop there it would also happen when trying to go abroad. Planes would not be able to fly and boats would be stuck.

Heating Oil
Heating oil is a must have in every home, especially during the winter months. Without home heating we would probably end up freezing.

Hair and Skin Solutions
Without oil you would be unable to use everyday beauty products such as hair gel, as these all contain small amounts of oil. Can you literally imagine a world that did not have beauty products, would people look as glamorous as they currently do, or would everyone look unattractive.

The oil industry is literally huge. Oil is so valuable that countries have had wars over it. Although technology is looking to eliminate the use of oil in mechanics as it pollutes the environment, we are still going to reply heavily on it for the foreseeable future.
