Learn Remote Viewing

Wednesday, July 29th, 2009

Each and every one of us already has the ability to do remote viewing. Because most of us were never encouraged to develop our latent psychic abilities when we were children, it is more usual to start to learn remote viewing as an adult. In order to start remote viewing, you have to tune your brainwaves to the proper frequency – it does take some practice, but every person can do it.

No one is entirely sure how remote viewing works or why, but it is known to work. It is usually considered a paranormal phenomenon like astral travel, lucid dreaming and other psychic abilities. Since it’s not commonly done, the idea of remote viewing seems like a fantasy to many – but with some practice, even a skeptic can make use of this natural psychic ability.

Various governments have done studies into remote viewing as a part of their security apparatus; declassified documents have shown that user has been made of remote viewing, with the participants in these programs often being those who had no knowledge or experience with remote viewing beforehand.

As with most other things we put our minds to remote viewing requires practice. The more you practice it the more easily you will find that you can do it. It takes time and effort on your part before you will find it simple to do. Remember though, no special abilities are required, because anyone can learn to do remote viewing. In a short space of time, with some effort and practice, you will see results.

You will be using your own mental energy for remote viewing, so it is normal to feel tired after a remote viewing session. Remember to start small when you learn remote viewing and work your way up to more ambitious sessions so that you won’t wear yourself out.

One of the most important things you will need to consider while you learn remote viewing is to learn how to meditate and visualize. Learning how to do these things help you to calm you mind and relax your body, making you more receptive to an out of body experience such as remote viewing. Learning how to visualize and meditate can aid you in reaching your goals of being able to remote view.

In order for you to become really good at remote viewing, you will have to take you time to practice this art form on a regular basis. As we all know, practice does make perfect and this applies to developing our paranormal or psychic gifts and talents as well.

Let us now look more closely at what exactly remote viewing is. It is quite simply, the ability to see a person, place, or thing that is not in the same vicinity we are, by focusing our thoughts and concentrating on that which we are trying to see. However it does not end there. Once you are able to focus your concentration in this way you will actually be able to see the person, place or thing no matter where you may be.

Remember when you are taking a remote view; many times the images that you see may appear to be kind of unfocused or foggy. Stay open minded about any images that you might be able to notice during your sessions of remote viewing.

The more often you practice, the better you will become at understanding what you are seeing. Be sure to keep a record of your remote viewing experiences, as this will help you to learn more about yourself and the types of methods that work best for you. It can also help you to figure out more about your own self and the world you live in when you record your progress in a remote viewing journal.

When you learn remote viewing you can travel anywhere you want to, you can explore the galaxies, a different time period, whether it is in the future or sometime in the past. You can link into the universal mind when you are practicing remote viewing if you choose to do so.

Be sure to pay close attention to any shapes, colors, textures and patterns that you can see while you learn remote viewing. You may even wish to keep a pad and pencil close by just in case you want to make a few sketches of the images that you view in your sessions.

Many different resources are available to help you on your way to perfecting what is a natural psychic ability to be able to do remote viewing. A search at your local library or bookstore will yield many different books that will provide you with lots of helpful information. The internet is another great source of information and you will be able to find many e-books available on the subject. To help you to retrain your subconsciousness you might want to make use of hypnosis recording. And to help you to get your brainwaves to the proper frequency so that not only remote viewing but other paranormal or psychic abilities can be possible, you can listen to the ‘binaural beat’, which is recommended.

Regression Therapy – Is Remembering Important?

Wednesday, July 29th, 2009

Do you feel unwanted? Are you suffering from addiction of any sort? Are you always being bullied or victimized for a reason you doesn’t even know? Do you have anger issues? How about your relationships, are they good? Do you seem to lack something even though you almost have everything?

If these issues sound familiar and you have tried everything you can think of to deal with them without success, PLEASE read this article! Have you thought that maybe Regression Therapy may help resolve these problems?

According to the Past Life Therapy Center, Regression Therapy means facing the dark to encourage the light. It is a category of hypnotic therapy wherein the client is being assisted by a therapist to return to his past experiences with his mind still being conscious.

These past happenings include ones from inside the womb of the mother, early childhood, adolescence, and adulthood.

Past life regression therapy however takes this a step further and takes clients back in time to before conception; to a time before their previous life.

It is very difficult for a lot of people to comprehend the idea of a previous life, but there has been proof that our present life is not the only one we have led.

In records from some regressions, clients mention living in foreign lands; some describe the horrors of being in a battle; others talk of working in the mines or hunting during the Bronze Age. Sometimes their partners in those past lives are their current spouse or child.

What is really incredible is when some people can actually verify information from memories recovered in a past life regression therapy session. This can be accomplished by looking at old church and genealogical records.

Some of the most incredible reports come from children all over the world who remember their most recent life in great detail. Sometimes they are able to locate living members of that family and meet those who were once family.

It really helps in this life if we know what happened to us during those times in the past, because this form part of the way we look at this life, thus giving us the ultimate comprehension of ourselves and the patterns of our perspective.

Regression therapists coined a term called ‘Faulty Thoughts’. These are the negative thoughts that the individual himself has created in the previous life therefore carrying over emotional baggage and bad ‘karma’ into the present life.

Only the individual that created the negative thoughts or feelings can chase those thoughts or feelings away so that he can reform his field of energy into positive energy. A few ways to do this are: re-patterning, forgiveness, and karmic repayment.

The forgiveness part of this have a biblical basis as in ‘Do to others as you would have them do to you.’ The karmic repayment, (based on the word karma (which is neither good nor evil; it is the uttering of our mentality that tells us what we should be doing because of results of our past actions), means correctly changing your negative behavioral patterns with the purpose of repaying them.

By going through these methods of correction, we can re-pattern the energy fields that surround us by rewriting them into harmony, care, tranquility and gentleness.

Even though this can wear you out sometimes, Regression Therapy is known to be a life changing experience. A great number of the people testify that using this procedure has lasting results such as a stronger sense of individuality, a new outlook on their life, and a more positive attitude.

To be 100% effective in receiving results every client has to make a complete commitment to dig deep within him to know who he really is and to ultimately change the way that he expects the life he has now to be.

Regression therapy is a fascinating subject, and you should seriously think about trying it yourself either just out of interest, to discover who you were in a previous life, or to help you with present day problems.

Current Events In Astronomy - An Introduction

Monday, July 27th, 2009

Astronomy, at times, can be like a sport. It’s fun to watch what’s going on day after day, reading the magazines and web site articles for all the current events in astronomy. Interesting stories hit the news each day.  This includes new discoveries in tools and techniques for astronomy, as well as interesting images of all the objects and phenomena in the sky.

NASA’s  website contains a lot of this information.  NASA stays on top of all the latest events, and even makes a lot of the news itself.  Here are just some of the current events shown in mid November of 2008.

One of the most important current events in astronomy NASA discussed in November was the late month launch of the shuttle Endeavour.  Its mission was to re-supply and repair the International Space Station.  There were a number of spacewalks for routine maintenance outside the station.  Space walks are not just spacewalks they are also learning experiences that apply to future missions.  The space station is very important for furthering the science of astronomy.

Another astronomy current event discussed by NASA in November was a staggering discovery made by the Hubble Telescope. For the first time in history, a telescope took a visible light image of a planet orbiting another star. The effort dates way back to the 1980’s when NASA’s IRAS, an infrared telescope, discovered dust around the star. That was a tell tale sign that planets might orbit this star located about 25 light years away from our own little planet.

Current and events in astronomy can also be about what happened a long time ago.  NASA announced details of a Lunar Orbiter Image Recovery Project designed to restore images of the moon taken by five Lunar Orbiter spacecraft that visited the moon in 1966 and 1967.  This data was taken from tape drives.  NASA has already shown off some of these images.

Astronomy is as big as the universe it covers.  Current events in astronomy go on forever.  Keep looking into the universe!

Astronomy Today - An Introduction

Monday, July 27th, 2009

Astronomy today is a popular and enjoyable hobby as well as a vital science making new discoveries every day. From new space objects to new images, from new tools and techniques to new discoveries made with them, from new space missions to reviving and reviewing data from the old ones, keeping up with astronomy can certainly be a full time job. It’s a lot of fun too. So here are a few of the latest and greatest astronomy facts, figures and happenings.

On any day meteors are a key element of astronomy today for that day. The last half of 2008 was no different as meteors were certainly on the menu. In November the Taurids and Leonids were active in the night sky. The Gemenids had their peak in mid December, but unfortunately during a full moon phase that would make them difficult to see. But people need not worry. Meteor shower peaks may happen during full moons, but meteors are on display for up to two weeks both before and after the peaks. So there’s a lot of clear time to view these falling chunks of space debris.

A moon return was often discussed for astronomy today in the year 2008.  Many countries would participate in this exciting undertaking.  There has even been talk of a base or colony established on the moon.  Imagine that.  Space 1999, a TV show from the 70s, may be about to become a reality.

2008 was a year of a lot of astronomy news. For much of the year many astronomy today columns were filled with news of some space garbage – a colling ammonia tank from the space station. It had been discarded into space where it orbited for many months. But eventually its orbit decayed. There was some worry that large chunks would fall, or that some parts would strike in populated areas. But it broke up into very small pieces which mostly fell into the ocean near Australia.

Now for perhaps the biggest news of Astronomy technology today in 2008, it’s all about the Hubble. First the telescope was damaged when some instrument control and data formatting modules failed in September. Those were brought back on line in October. Then the Hubble took the first ever visible light image of a planet orbiting another star. What a busy year for one piece of technology.

Astronomy today is more vibrant than ever. Keep up with everything online.

Shooting Star -Information and Tips

Monday, July 27th, 2009

The beauty of a shooting star crossing the night sky is undeniable, but while for some people this is very romantic, for others it just suggests a bad omen. The perception of the shooting star in various cultures is both varied and suggestive; thus, westerners often make a wish when they see a falling star, while in other parts of the globe, shooting stars tell people that someone is dying. Yet, although we give all sorts of explanations to such sky events, they have a very reasonable and easy to understand scientific background. Beautiful and great as a shooting star may be, it is just false star.

A shooting star is a meteoroid, or some form of debris that falls on Earth and gets on fire at the entrance in the atmosphere. The great friction of the air masses and the presence of the  oxygen associated with the incredible speed of the meteoroid cause the resemblance with a star. Thus, the combustion of the shooting star is complete before reaching the surface of the planet. Larger meteoroids that don’t burn completely because of their size fall on the making smaller or larger craters. Such falling stars are known as meteors.

The light specter as well as the trajectory of the shooting star allow scientists to speculate on the structure or chemical composition of the falling body. Though observable with the naked eye only at night, meteoroids and meteors also fall during the day, but this time they are detected only by radio signals, with the sunlight making them very difficult to spot otherwise. Thus, scientists have determined that a shooting star can be light and fragile like a snowball or heavy and dense because of the hard metal core. A special kind of shooting star here is the one that passes through an atmosphere sector and gets out into space again to continue its speedy course.

A very bright shooting star is called a fireball. The measurements result from comparing the light intensity of the meteor with the light normally reflected by a planet. As beautiful as it may look, a shooting star can often cause great damage on Earth’s surface if it is not totally combusted during the passage through the atmosphere. Past collisions were devastating for ecosystems, with vegetation and animal losses; should such a shooting star fall in a city, the effect would be that of a bomb attack, with a higher or lower destructive force depending on the size of the meteor.
